Pleased manager, Lee Reynolds, thanked him Friday, as he brought in his latest collection, with several of our warehouse volunteers ready to date check and shelve the incoming food items.
Al delivers donation bags, plus a one-page flyer of explanation, to neighborhoods across Richmond Hill, asking residents to support his ongoing food drive campaign.
The flyer outlines the most needed food items for our food bank and explains when he will return to pick up the donations from outside residents’ front doors.
He says it’s his way of “Giving Back to the Community” and we are SO grateful he’s doing these neighborhood food drives. Summer is typically a slow time for donations, so his efforts are very timely and appreciated! #GiveWhereYouLive #GiveWhereYouWork
